Functionality has been restored to the VETtrak Desktop Software service and all users should be able to login successfully.
We have blocked the Custom Fonts again at this point in time as we believe the issue still surrounds this.

We've identified the issue and it appears to be still related to the ongoing issue surrounding the outstanding issue we currently have open for Intermittent Custom Font Loading Compatibility Issues.
As a result, we are blocking these Custom Fonts from loading again.
We anticipate the services for VETtrak Desktop Software to be recovered in approximately 15 minutes. Please avoid logging in before this as you may be disconnected due to administrative activities.
An update will be posted when the services have fully restored.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue relating to users of the VETtrak Desktop Software being disconnected during their session and unable to reconnect.
The service is currently partially available. and we are working on restoring the service to full capacity at present.
