Monitoring

In collaboration with Microsoft, we have confirmed the issue is related to a compatibility interaction between custom font loading and the latest Windows Server. Updates to VETtrak Desktop have been put in place to resolve this.

The application update has been deployed, and we are progressively adjusting the platform policy that controls custom font loading across the hosting environment. We will continue to monitor stability as changes are rolled out.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a compatibility issue related to the loading of custom fonts on our systems running Windows Server 2025.

In some scenarios, the use of custom fonts can cause instability on affected servers. Our team is actively working through this issue and engaging with Microsoft to identify the root cause and a permanent resolution.

As part of our mitigation efforts, we may temporarily limit the use of custom fonts to ensure overall system stability while we continue our investigation.

We will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
